Yeah, like the topic says: what do you think? Should I get off my lazy butt and work on something now? Right in the midst of finals? ^.^
No, I'm serious. ^.^ I've never worked harder on Guardian Angels than those times I updated while avoiding the task of finishing my final papers... I will do almost anything to avoid doing an essay, and I've got a couple of them coming up.
I don't know what people are interested in seeing, though. I have a new design in the works, but I haven't put together any HTML templates yet... I have all of those new and improved References in the works... the new shrines... the badly-needed corrections to some of my storyline information...
I just don't know what to do with the time I'm going to earn by slacking off...

Hmmm, what do I think..... that you and I are never going to pass math if we keep up this attitude. Avoid the work all you want... just don't ditch me in class..... and those updates do sound rather interesting.... hope to see them soon!

Who else could be better suited to write a Miang fanfiction...?
Here's an idea, Myaru:
How about writing up a fanfic focused solely on a battle of wills between the Miang persona and a newly-assimilated host?
A creation of a host is completely open... as is the reason behind the assimilation. Who is the new host? What was her name? What was the situation of assimilation? Could it have even been... consentual?
I'm suggesting this, because today my mind got working over our previous discussion on Rune's Miang.
Then I remembered this:
What was that about?
Was it metaphorical?
Did the Miang persona have enough of an inner personality beyond the original programing? So much, that she... once merely an "it" (albeit in a female form), actually once thought of ending it all? To just let go of a lifetime dedicated to resurrecting an intergalactic vacuum cleaner, sacrificing any hope Miang could have of a normal life? Friends, Family, lovers, children, to dare to dream of falling in love with someone, and die with them; happy in the knowledge that love lasts forever?
Perhaps it was literal?
Perhaps Miang cannot physically kill her own current host body, and must wait for either natural death, or someone to end her life.
...and that opens many possibilities.
Could an enemy of Miang capture her, and torture her for decades, all the while never letting her die? Miang would cry and beg for them to kill her, and her nemesis could simply clasp a gun into her hand (what's left of it..), and tell her to do it herself; taking disturbing satisfaction in watching her cry, as both knew she physically could not do it. All she could do was resign herself to decades more of blinding torture, only able to dream of the eventual escape of natural death by old age, marked by the occassional begging of her nemesis to end her life.
Either way, imagination thrives on either possibilities. So much, that I myself am tempted to write a quickie fanfiction.
...nah. I can't write for crap. Myaru is the way to go. There is no-one better to write about the many facets of the Miang program. I mean, her avatar IS Miang. What more do we need?
Hmmmm... maybe someone who's cosplayed as Miang.

About not being able to kill herself part, I think we could refer to Terminator 2.
Although I doubt if there's any meaning for Miang to commit suicide. Unless her next incarnation will suffer amnesia. But since I think the incarnations will keep the memories of the previous incarnations, so it's quite pointless to suicide. (of course she can suicide then jump into another woman and suicide and jump again and... until every single woman is dead...)

My finals are over on Thursday, actually. And I'll be gone most of the next week, as well...
But, I'll be working on the reference stuff on my trip, since that doesn't require a computer (my bag is going to he really heavy, though), and my character pages are the first ones scheduled for revamp upon my return. The shrines will follow that, since they're also character related... Then the histories.
So, there's the latest update to my timeline. ^.^ Other than that, I just did a minor GA update for the 23rd... I figured I should let people know I'm still alive, you know?

Oh, we know you are alive, you'll get reincarnated again and again, though I figure it could be kind of dull after some time... ;)
BTW, I think Wheel of Time is dull, I actaully fall asleep when reading half way through TEOTW.
