Has there been any Amino Art done for FFX yet? And if there is, can anybody give me a link to where I can view it? I've always loved his art. It's always great to be able to check out his take on the characters, visually, anyway.

Amano is going to be doing a comic for marvel soon. it is going to be a Elecktra Wolverine Cross over...it is going to kick ass! he is also planning another book with my favorite author, Neil Gaimen.

A comic for marvel? That'll be cool to see how Wolverine will look. Unfortunately, I'd probably have to a look at a scan from the comic online or something, the only comic store close to hear is city away. Didn't he do some other comic book? Or do some kind book or comic that was sold in comic book stores?

It was called the Dream Hunters. It was in an old Story book format. one page haveing the story, and the other having the Picture. it was like this thru out the whole book. It was one of the Best reads that I have ever read.

He did Sandman (The graphic novel, not the actual comic), written by Neil Gaiman, too.

I still want to read that one...

-Surtur still wants to read a lot of comics...

This was at TheGIA... but if you want more, you should probably get the magazine (that is, if there are any more Amano pics INSIDE the magazine...)

-Surtur likes Amano's character designs far more than Nomura's...

Here's another... but I already forgot the website's name...

And another...

[EDIT: And here's one more, just for fun...]

You should just do what I did... go to Google.com, and search for "Amano FFX pics". I got quite a few sites with that...

-Surtur thinks google is the best search engine ever...

The site's url is : http://www.thefinalfantasy.com
Anyway I don't like very much amino arts; they are too... strange.

I love Amano's art...

Like TC said, it's very fluid, which gives it a very unique look, but there's also an incredible amount of detail to be found in almost any of his drawings (note the gorgeous Yuna pic above...). Plus, when it's painted, the colours often look incredible... to me, they somehow manage to seem vibrant and dull at once... I can't really explain it that well, though... I'm not that good at art "theory"...

So anyway, I likes the Amanos...

-Surtur likes all the Amanos...
