Yep, I was back from Kyoto. The country is -very- clean, and I cannot emphasize that enough. I went there as of July 21st (hence my disappearance) and returned last week. Overall, a very educational experience. We stayed at Nishijin, NW Kyoto near the Imperial Palace and a few kilometers away from the Kyoto University.

The only drawback? I had to write a 5 page report about it in Japanese conventional reading format; you know, right to left, top to bottom.

Oh yeah. I returned only to start school on a freggin' Monday. Ah heck, 1 more semester to go and I am outtie.
