Hi everyone
Looks like I get the honour of starting up this forrum. Kinda hard to figure out a good topic to get the ball rolling.
I was just thinking when Fei killed his mother on the 2nd CD it says that she saved him but I'm kinda confused as to how Fei's life was actually threatened and what caused Karen's death. Was it part of the burst of Ether energy Fei set off. My guess is that he couldn't control what he was doing and almost killed himself with his own attack. any other suggestions.
Well thats all for now lets hope this messageboard lasts a long time.

I think Fei realised the ID within him after he couldnt take seeing his dad getting beat up. Fei realised all the hatred he have suffered and for some reason it came back to him...

I think that seeing Grahf abuse Khan like he did, Fei finally just lost it. He released a powerful burst of ether energy, but instead of heading towards Grahf, it went straight back at him. Luckily, Karen sacrificed herself to save him.

From what I understand, Fei's life was in danger from that burst of ether that he let loose in the anime scene. If you watch, I do believe that after it flared to life, it turned around and aimed at /him/. Karen was just lucky enough to overwhelm Miang in time to save her son.
Whether it did any more damage is debatable, though... the ether burst, I mean.

That's my understanding. Also it hit everyone. I mean it hit Grahf AND Kahn. Not Karen/Miang. But then went for Fei so KAren saved him. Why the the Ether burst red?

That doesnt make sense if it hit Kahn then he'd probably die and Grahf wouldnt be able to take over his body. I think it hit Grahf though. But since Grahf needed a new body anyway that didnt matter. On the other hand maybe Kahn was strong enough to survive the ether attack but was left too weak to fight off Grahf's take over of his body. But you have to remember how much damage Yamakei actually does so bottom line is I doubt it hit Kahn.
