You've formulated so much theory, that even I can't begin to understand all of it, but it all makes perfect sence. It's not, "oh, it COULD have happened like that," it rings true every time.
My question is, how?
Not meaning to sound stupid, but you know as much as the "real" Miang would :)

Well.... I'm not doing anything special. I just think. All of these theories (and Rune is right, you haven't seen the crazier ones!) that I come up with are just a result of me thinking about all of this as I write GA (or just out of boredom). I've been doing this for over a year, remember... plenty of time to work strange and unusual theories out.
The PW helps, too. Ever since I got it, I've been trying to read it, and even though I'm far from fluent in Japanese (especially in the beginning), I can read enough to piece together some things... But even so, unless Daisuke hands me a translation of something, I count everything I write on GA as my personal speculation and opinion. (In fact, I've made several mistakes that I keep meaning to go back and fix... ^_^;)
Now, if you agree with me... I'm not going to complain. ^_~ And if you don't.... write a Letter. ^.^ That's MY way of thinking. Xenogears is perfect for things like that.

Possibly people take your word on things which are pure speculation because you're in the unfortunately small minority of people who do not theorize along the lines of "dude i think graph is talkin about miang when he sez that mother of distruction thing!" *rubs forehead* Now I feel dirty for having typed that way. ><

Anyway.... It's kind of hard to just type all of this stuff out on the spot. ^^ But I can name a few theories if you're actually interested... if you want more, you'll have to wait for me to post them on this board. ^.^ Or somehow retrieve them from the old GA board...

Hmm, let's see...
- I've got a theory, which I know is somewhere on this board (in the "Awakenings..." thread that Rune posted, I believe), about ether /after/ the game... or rather, people still using it after the game. No explanation for gears, though... ^^
- Miang and Krelian. This one is pretty simple - it's about the nature of their relationship. You can see part of it in Silent Wishes (the diary fic in Krelian's shrine on GA, later chapters), but there's a bit more to it than that. I'll see waht I can do about writing something in more detail later on.
- Miang and Grahf. This one is... interesting. Worse than the last one, too. ^^ This is about the nature of their relationship as well, but it takes into account not only Miang's connection to Elly, but also the fact that she was Karen, Grahf was Kahn, and... the memories in their heads of all four lifetimes are more active than one might think.
- Anima Relics. There are four that are not positively aligned in the game, or in the book. Coincidentally, they belong to the four Ministers who were killed in Diabalos by Grahf. Iv'e come up with characters who might be Anima... mainly Sigurd, Jesse, Maria, and maybe Emeralda (I'm debating against that, actually...) I'd thoguht along the lines of there not being Animus for them, because those Ministers died, but then I thought that was stupid -- their descendants have been procreating since the beginning. ^^ The Gazel themselves don't matter.
- Countless Lives. You've read it, I think - it's in this forum.
- Eternity in a Box. I think you've read this too, but if not... that's also in this forum.
**shrug** I suppose they're not as crazy as I made them sound, but they're... out there, some of them.

Well, is this including the theory that Myaru has no life? ^_^ (I'm kidding Myaru... seriously... you can put the knife down... please?)
More seriously, I've known Myaru for a long time... and the fact that she is the main webmistress of Guardian Angels should tell you something already about her level of knowledge of the game. And she's also been one of the people translating large portions of Perfect Works as well.
Then again... these arn't even some of her more off the wall theories, either. But from what I've been trying to reason from the game, alot of it is just deduction and common sense... and just a wee bit of artistic lisence and trying to think how the designers would think as well. And sometimes you surprise yourself... the idea I had that Grahf had given rise to Diabalos, and that Diabalos was the four pillars of Deus, was an idea I generated for DeM... and I certainly didn't expect to find something in PW to confirm it. ^_-;;

well, she does have access to huge amounts of fanfics about Xenogears, and has been quite successful in translating large portions of PW. It's no surprise to me that's she's the most knowledgable person about Xenogears around.

My theory is that she's been accessing all the Xenogears information stored in her introns. The other slightly crazy theory I had was that she deleted half her memories to make more space for Xenogears knowledge a bit like what they did in that Keanu Reeves film Johnny Nemonic (or whatever it was called).
