Does anyone know where mother god was before the crash on that ill-fated night. I have a theroy on it, but am unsure. I think that she is in the Captian's locket, probably in his daughter. If anyone knows, please lrt me know.

My guess is that when the eldridge crashed zohar activated a life creating system which made the mother from a mere computer program to a full human being in a matter of hours.

After the crash Deus and the wave existence created the mother persona using the daugher of the Captain as a template. The resemblance between the two is way too similar to be coincidental.

If that were true, they would have said so.
I don't agree with that theory. They look nothing alike beyond a similarity in coloring, in my opinion. Andf I seriously doubt they would have left THAT out when they were explaining Elly's nature... that would be a very important bit of information.

It's not that important really. It couldn't have been mentioned either since nobody knew anything about her, not the WE, not Deus, not Abel, since Abel was too young to remember. But at that time, Abel knew what his mother looked like and so his image of her reflected in the WE. I do believe that the girl in the pic is Able's mother.

What makes you think the Existence /didn't/ know about her? He was on the Eldrige along with the rest of them, you know -- watching the generations roll by, I'm willing to bet. I still don't agree, and if you want to be convincing (not just to me, but to anyone) then you'll have to come up with better "facts" than that.
Nothing really says yes or no either way, and this is one of those pointless arguments -- I mean, how important is it? As you said, AC, it's not that earthshaking.
