Is Citan a real doctor or not? Since his real name is Hyuga, does he have a doctorite.
Who is the music box for at Citan's house?
Does Midori love her father?
Is primera psychic, like Midori?
And a fact for the gamers who don't know Siguard is bi-sexual. Do you think that the game shows sexual tension betwwen him, Citan, and Jessie.

As requested, I'll answer, but... ^^ I warn you, there are no certain answers to some of these, because no one has said anything for sure. And some of these are only based on outside comments and uses of the characters by the designers, mostly Ms. Clio Saga... So please, don't expect me to be 100% right.
Is Citan a real doctor or not?
The book doesn't say what his exact profession is, outside of "Guardian Angel" or "Head of Intelligence Bureau". The facts, however, say that he had the skills -- he was trained in the sciences, and he worked closely with Karellen in both experiments and the removal of Limiters... If you remember, he also worked with Melchoir to provide medical solutions to the humans suffering from the Limiter virus...
So I would say that yes, he is a doctor based on his skill, but I doubt he actually has a certificate. He is more a scientist/inventor, used by Gebler to provide stronger gears and weapons and such...
Who is the music box for at Citan's house?
Who came up with the idea that it was for Midori? That's actually an interesting opinion... Not entirely unlikely, although I would have guessed it was for his wife, in that line of thinking. ^.~ However, it is my opinion that the music box was sent to him via Cain (or Grahf, although that would be a stretch), to ignite a few of Fei's repressed memories... It's possible that the music, along with the stress of the battle, all had a part in his loss of control.
Does Midori love her father?
I don't think Midori can relate to her father very much... but I do know that she understands him, so I think that she must feel some love toward him. And probably some pity - she does, after all, know exactly what's going on in his mind... I believe she also knows that he cares about her...

I seriously doubt it. She's silent because of the trauma in her childhood, as everyone else has already said, and I see no indication that she has any special abilities.

I'll state right now that I was told the book says Sigurd is bisexual -- I did not translate that on my own. But I have little reason to doubt it. Although I'll have to look it up in the Memorial Album, I've heard from many people that there is a scene in the game that states specifically that Sigurd is in love with Bart (gotta love the Fatimas - incest seems to be their lot in life).
Aside from that, Ms. Saga -- his creator (she created the Fatimas and Jesse's family) -- has published several doujinshi regarding both Sigurd's love for Bart, and a relationship between Ramsus and Sigurd. These seem realistic, based on their character and the story about their history... But as I said, all I know is that she probably intended Sigurd to be bi-sexual, and I can't confirm that until I go over his profile again.
Note about the recent discussion:
We all have a right to think on our own, and have our own opinions... but please refrain from bashing those opinions. Even if you're not targeting the people themselves, it's rather rude... And since none of us are God, I don't think we have any right to judge, especially when we're talking about characters in a story.
It's just a story. Interpret the characters as you will, but do not push your ideas onto others - if you want to think bi-sexuality is an obscenity then fine, but don't make a big deal about it. (This goes for the people arguing against it as well.) I've heard all of the arguments against it before, and all I can say is... SIGURD IS NOT REAL. ^^ Therefore, it doesn't really matter. And since the Japanese seem to have absolutely no problem portraying their characters that way - something I respect, personally - why don't we just take it as another aspect of the plot, and a simple element of Sig's character?
If you want to argue about it further, then take it to the general forum. This is a place for Xenogears story discussions, not debates on whether sexual orientation is vulgar or not. ^^

He hem, I was REFERING to the instance where I said that Myaru was the one who mentioned Siggy being -bi. I wanted to make it clear that anything I said in my previous post on this thread was not intended to be taken in anyway offensively. THAT is what I was refering to. As far as Sigurd the bisexual, I believe there is evidence in the PW (writen by the creators, officially) stating that sigurd is, in fact, "bi-". If you have any doubts about this, ask Myaru, I believe she is the one who mentioned it to begin with. If I am making any presumptions here I am sorry. I am simply stating things as I remember them.
Also, if anyone wants to flame anyone for starting this conversation, flame me. I'm the one who gave thegoodDR the game in the first place and the one who told him about what I had heard about Sigurd.

Oi, whats this about Sigurd?! U r just being dirty, I did not notice anything like that. For God's sake, you are reading too much into their conversations. I'm sure the developers didn't intend to put anything in there! Will someone help me out here?
I think Citan is a real doctor, after all the Lahan residents did go to him for medical aid, and he had a good doctor's reputation there.
I don't know who the music box is for? Maybe Hyuga found it somewhere?
I think Midori does love her father, what reason does she have to feel otherwise? And it is clear her father loves her (he asks Yui to take care of her when he leaves for Solaris).
I don't think Prim is psychic. She only refuses to speak due to the emotional impact of losing her mother at such a young age; as you know she starts speaking a bit later on.
Forgive me, but I think this Sigurd business is complete rubbish. Xenogears is a DECENT game, by that I mean there are no obscenities what so ever...So there!

I'm going to put this very simply--bisexuality and yes, homosexuality does NOT equate to obscenity. And sexual tension does not equate to obscenity.
I am sure that Myaru can tell you more as I have heard that Clio Saga did have M/M couples in her mind if not in the game itself.

Ok first of all I think the Citan being bi-sexual is a load of crap its another nutcase theory by the people who brought you Citan the transexual
Citan was actually called Sensai by Fei I think in the Japanese version but they changed it to Doc for western Gamers. I dont know if they actually would have medical degrees in the Xenogears world but he was filling that role in Kislev so he certainly does have an understanding of first aid.
The music box was a relic that Citan found in the Zeboim ruins. Go back to it at the end of the game and read the inscription on the side of it you need Emerelda in the party for this. Basically it was a present to her from Kim.

Primera is not psychic she just doesn't talk because she was traumatised by witnessing her mother's death.

I don't think any of the Xenogears characters had homosexual tendencies and that includes Billy who considered prostituting himself. Jessiah had a wife so he's clearly not gay and I haven't seen anything which points to sigurd being gay either. If I missed something let me know. It wont be long before these people start saying that Miang's bi-sexual.

Like I said, it's all a matter of interpretation. Just because someone doesn't see things the same way you do, does NOT mean that they are "nutcases". As for Sigurd being actually gay, I do not think he is. I do not think there are any gay characters in Xenogears at all.
As for bisexual, it's open to interp unless Saga says something about it herself.
There's plenty of male/male Xenogears stories out there and the authors didn't exactly pull it from their asses. They are quite convincing and have good reasons for pairing the couple. IOW, I have yet to see a Xenogears sex romp unless it's OOC drek. If it bothers you, simply don't read it. But, calling it "obscene", "stupid" or "nutcase" will likely start some flame wars. It has happened before and it could happen again.
I have yet to see anyone claim that Miang is bisexual.

Citan clearly had /scientific/ knowledge. I believe his profile on GA says he got into Jugend by determining where a plague in 3rd class originated. But how much of his knowledge had application for a practicing physician...who knows. Lahan was a much less advanced place than Solaris; I doubt the training necessary to be a doctor in Etrenank would be comparable to what the people of Lahan deemed adequate. And as for Kislev....I doubt that they worried too much about whether or not a bunch of prisoners had the best of doctors of not.
So, Citan may have been an actual doctor, but it isn't certain. (Unless it says somewhere in PW, of course.)
