Ok, I finnished Xenogears just a few hours ago, but I was called by my mom to help her with something, so when I arrived, all that I saw was Krellian growing wings and then something (Deus' corpes?) blew up.
What happened to him? (I knew he wanted to be one with the the higher dimension, but things might happen on the way!)

Nope that's pretty much it he flew of to be with the wave existance despite Fei asking him to remain. Krelian believed that his sins were so great that only God (or the wave existence if you prefer) could forgive him. Back on earth very few people would forgive him for his crimes

Dark Sabre is right about Krelian. Just completely off topic, and I'm not being mean here. It's just that it nerves me when people call the planet Earth. We know for a fact that the planets name was Neo(New) Jerusalem. Earth was where the "original humans" were from.

Actually Neo Jerusalem was where the Eldridge was originally headed for but Deus messed up all the plans. The planet the game takes place on has no name and calling it "The main planet" kinda sucks so I used earth.

I think Neo Jerusalem is what the Eldridge operater(sp.) ment by Main Planet. In the Perfect Works it said that at the end of the Eldridge's long journey, when they were doing the connection experiments, did Deus rebel.

Well seeing as they planned on taking Deus apart to find out what made the thing blow up the test planet I'd assume so. I'd assume that humans already would live on Neo Jerusalem and have a small colony there to run all kinds of tests on the planet, as well as setting up farms and so on. Still you could be right "Main planet" is a little too vague, if it was supposed to be NJ then why the bloody hell didnt they say so. "Main planet" to me seems more likely to mean the main planet in a solar system they were passing through but that's how I interpreted it.

How can a planet be a main planet in a solar system?
By size, life?
The nearest to the sun?
The furthest from the sun?
And I think the Eldridge was the last of humanity.

Either by size or possibly by the resources located on it. Besides Deus took control over the Eldridge engines and changed the course to that planet which would mean that the Eldridge had a different destination in mind as opposed to Neo Jerusalem.
Anyone else have any theories on this, we're getting nowhere fast.

Here we go; something that is mostly theory for now:
The "main planet" has that connotation you were talking about -- that of something important. Well, regardless of whether it was sealed or decimated, the only "main planet" I can imagine humans referring to is their home planet -- Earth. It sounded to me like Deus was getting ready to use a warping point, or something similar... But then again, they could have been referring to a base, which could indicate "Neo Jerusalem".
Since Deus obviously "remembered" Earth, thanks to the Eldrige's data banks, it may be that he was trying to find his way there -- whether for the resources, or simply to destroy his creators. From what I personally deciphered from the PW, when Deus was tested, he destroyed a relatively minor planet that didn't have much (if any) human habitation. That leaves both Earth and "Neo Jerusalem" wide open...
Then again, I don't recall ever reading that they /found/ Neo Jerusalem in the first place... (could be because I'm concentrating on OTHER parts of history, hmm...) but that's something that will be cleared up very shortly, perhaps.

In a part of the Pw doesn't it say "at the end of the ship's long voyage, the humans were doing connection experiments with Deus." End of their journey, I'm thinking Neo jerusalem. Now I am thinking that since deus had terraforming abilities(not sure?) that the reason they invented deus was not as a weapon but as a way to terraform a planet into an exact replica of Earth. Maybe that is why they called it the main planet as in their experiment. The Eldridge could of left people on other worlds as bases and stuff, as a way to secure humanity in case of their failure. Maybe they tried Dues first on one of those planets with little human life because they were sure it was going to work. maybe they were'nt searching for a particular planet but trying to create their own Neo Jerusalem.
This is the best theory I can come up with in relation with what the game and PW(parts I have deciphered)give. The two things that always get to me is why did the Eldidge have weapons? Maybe for asteroids or meteors. Or an alien race? And why did they have the nerve to put Deus with the last of their civilization. So another theory I have is that maybe the Eldrige was a secret military ship, disguised as a civilian ship? That I doubt. Becuase I believe that aside from a few minute colonies the Eldidge was the last of humanity.

I guess for the moment we will just have to agree that the NJ thing is unresolved and figure it all out later. There are literally hundreds of theories we could come up with and at the moment it's anybody's guess as to which one is right.
One theory could be that the Eldridge was headed somewhere else perhaps a small outpost to conduct tests on Deus and not to NJ. Deus alters the path of the ship and the Eldridge ends up crashing on NJ or Earth. In which case you could be right
Main planet could also mean a planet they intended to terraform as you mentioned whether it be NJ or somewhere else.
Deus could have failed in its attempt to change the course with the ship exploding before the temporal plain/wormhole type thing formed. In which case the Eldridge remains were caught in the orbit of a planet they were passing.
Who's to say I for one dont have the answer to this one just a bunch of opinions and theories

I'd assume the Eldrige was equipped with weapons because its voyage began -- or existed during - a period of war. It makes sense that it would be armed heavily... And perhaps that is why they originally began construction on the "god weapon"; for the war.
