I was beginning to wonder if Citan is an enemy or my friend. Every time i get to a certain point in the game the Emporer
and citan have a talk about "him"(i'm guessing this has to be Fei)but i could be wrong. Please Enlighten.

That's one of the things that will make you more and more addicted to the game, for you'll want to find out everything....
However, it's quite possible you'll only start to understand the story second time though the game...

Have you beeten the game? You will get your answers answered if you do. Actually I'll go ahead and spoil it for you. Citen is realy just a girl! hahah j\k. Fie is realy a girl. You don't find that out til the end.

Don't give me any more ideas - I'm already bad enough when it comes to bashing poor Fei. I'm so unfair to him sometimes. ^_^
As for the original question - like the others said, just play the game. It'll answer a lot of your questions, and if you're confused about something after the end, there are quite a few websites and message boards that have decent information about the game and its background.
