...with the "cool looking gears" post, I suddenly remember that the game never mentions what happends to that giant black rounded flying ship from which Miang pays a visit to Kaiser, and in which Krel is once shown in command... Any ideas/speculations??? I just don't seam to remember.. Maybe it's my memory giving out though :(

That became the center of Merkava. it was the Ezikiel the ship that carried the Gazel and Krelian's laboratory. Remember when you are close to the final battle you see all the test tubes from Krelians experiments. Cain was also on the ship, I think.
It became the center part of Merkava.
