Ok Mother was created by WE or Deus?
Ok then how did Deus manage to manipulate "Mother's splitting into Miang and Elly. Or was it WE that split the two apart?
Because I figure that if "Mother" had to be complete in order for Deus to fully revive then it was Deus who created her? And since Mother's children were also on Deus's side- Cain and Gazel then more evidence that Deus created mother.
Hmm also would that then make "Mother" an evil(bad) character?
Also since at the end Deus managed to combind with Zohar wouldnt that make Deus in actuality Yabeh, since Yabeh was a combination of Deus and Zohar?

Deus determined that it was not able to escape the collision with the planet's surface when the Eldridge crashes. It detached itself from Zohar and then separated Kadomony from Zohar. Kadomony accomplishes a soft landing and a woman named Miang Hawwa awakes from it. Cain was generated and becomes the founder of homo sapiens. Deus then attaches itself to long sleep at the bottom of bottom of the sea in preparation for the day of an approaching resurrection.
It all returns to nothing. It all

Is it possible that perhaps Miang used Kadomony to create the elders? This would certainly help work around the virgin birth issue... after all, I kinda doubt Kadomony was able to create a being capable of producing new genetic content (unless that's an explicit property of Kadomony... which it certainly didn't mention)

There's a huge amount of meticulous information regarding Elly and Miang in Perfect Works. In a nutshell, this was how it came to being.
When Abel observed the Wave Existence in Zohar, it created an image of itself with the Will of Abel, which was the wanting of a mother. That was how the Original Elehayym was created -- the Elly you saw in the glass tube (Kadomony) inside of Zohar's eye. That's the Original Elehayym, the Wave Existence's Elehayym (capital O, capital E).
While the army was shipping Deus to another planet, they isolated the Deus System, but did not fully disconnect them. Meaning that Deus was partially still connected to Zohar and Kadomony.
In mid-flight, Deus became sentient and restarted ("Omega-1, restarted"). With its partially bounded connection to Zohar, it saw the Original Elehayym inside Kadmony and took full advantage of it. Knowing that eventually it will not survive without heavy damage, it inserted System HAWWA, Deus's Self-Restoration program into the Original Elehayym. If you listen to the intro movie, at one point one of the Operators will mention "Omega-1 restarted. Alpha-1 genome restructured. Confirming exon replacement... ". That was referring to the Original Elehayym in Zohar's eye turning into Miang Hawwa through System HAWWA, under the influence of Deus. That was how Miang came into existence. The Original Elehayym was created by the Wave Existence for the sole purpose of complementing the Contact, so that one day, the Contact will free the Wave Existence. Then Deus saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. The original Mother was the purple haired girl standing at the beach near the end of the intro movie. That Mother was originally the Original Elehayym in Kadomony, within Zohar's eye -- but changed into Miang Hawwa under Deus's influence. In PW, it says when Deus is in control, Miang is active; when Deus is not in control, Miang is inactive: 1=Miang, 0=Elly.

I think Mother was created from both of them:WE give it the work of "be the mother of Abel", and Deus give it the work to be resurected. So after have gave birth to the first people, the Mother split to respect the two functions that were given her.
I don't think that was necesary for Elly and Miang to re-become the mother in order to resurect Deus.
(maybe I'm mistaking).

How is this possible? Deus didn't know at that time that the crew of the Eldridge were going to destroy the ship? Deus inserted HAWWA before the ship was even put on auto-destruct.
Either way, I still don;t see why the Original Mother (Or True Mother) had to split. I gather that it was "The Will" side that tried to seperate itself from the "Subjective" will (Persona). I guess you can kind of say that Elly was brainwashed by Deus to support it, and when the true essence of Elly tried to break free from the program that was inserted into her, the program became a seperate flesh, (Miang 0000)

Many people think of Dues as a being of human intellect. This is obviously false. Dues was built to be a solitary acting force with which an entire planet could be captured. The weapons it uses are all linked through itself. To compare it would be like havin the combined intelligence of the 100 most brilliant Generals in history with a computer like processing power.
As a military weapon Dues's first objective would be to acheive security so that it could not be summarily eliminated. It did this by:
1) Building a hard copy of itself (and probably its most basic programing) in Elly, a being completely seperate and one that WE would want to protect.
2) Securing command of the ship (e.g. hacking the computers)
3) Eliminating the presence of dangers (people abord the ship)
4) Manuvering to destroy the entities that are aware of what is going on ('Main Planet')
It was simply taking percautions so that its main objective could be acheived. It was doing likewise when it was wipping out humans before it left the Xenogears world. What its main objective was *shrug* is anyones best guess. It may have been still acting as programed (as a weapon to acheive some ends) and was just eliminating everything that could stop it force (information leaks). That is a particularly scary thought.

Correction, Deus became a sentient being, thus possesing human intellect or even more superior.
Also, Deus did not have to eliminate any passangers aboard a ship. Deus didn;t harm no one until they tried to escape. As for what Deus would have done later to the humans....well we can debate that.
Deus' main purpose from the beginning was to reach Lost Jerusalem. I think even after it was awakened, it was still attempting to go there, but first needed to eradicate all the humans on the Xenogears world.

I guess this makes a lot of sense. If Dues wanted to destroy the threats it need to destroy the People on the Xenoworld since they were the closest thing to the WE.
