I don't think that it incorages people to use drive but think how many people get drunk in that game!! It's always somebody saying something like "I love that first drink after work" or " I'd die for this drink, how many times are you planning on dying?"

I wouldn't say those examples really encourage drug use. Not unless a person's dream is to spaz and kill a bunch of people. (Though I suppose it is for a few.)

And as for the last example...it simply demonstrates what a huge money sink drug use is. Remember how much drive costs?

Personally, I think it doesn't encourage drug use but instead shows what some of the possible outcomes of drug use are. But, as always somebody is going to get the message that Drugs are good no matter how bad you may tell them the drug is.

If you are stupid enough (not you but whoever would take this for cash)to think drug can do this then you really have a prob. Any person who can think for themselves will understand the point. I know some ppl will think they can do that... It reminds me some school shooting: "they were listening to Marilyn Manson", give me a break they are just insane. Period.

There's no need to take every ppl by the hand and say "don't do this and that".

What's scarier than that is that not only are people screwed up and stupid enough to do that in the first place, but the thought that Anyone in the FRIGGIN' world would be so ignorant that they could be influenced to do so by a piece of interactive fiction!!!!. Or any fiction for that matter.

Idiots.

If you need to worry about something like this 'encouraging' drug use, you should worry about the mental state of the world first.

I don't think they were trying to promote or condemn drugs, or even "send a message". I think they were trying to create a fictional world with issues that us "real worlders" can relate to.
But, then again, they could be out to convert us all into mindless druggies in a half-assed attempt to take over the world =)
