Is Perfect Works worth getting if I don't know any Japanese at all? How big is this book? Hoe good is the information??

Look at the pictures and take a stab at everything in there.
That's what I did with novels.

At this point you are probably better off just waiting for Intanger's translations. There really isn't that much new in the PW. Mostly it gives details about the past (Episode I,II) time periodes where not much was mentioned in the Xenogears story. Also it clears up some technical aspects.
Most everything that is in it can be contrued from Xenogears information. There is probably new revealing information, but you will get that from Intanger, for instance his time lines come from PW.
So I personally suggest only getting it for collector's purposes.

Try posting this in another forum <Lahan>, this is for discussing xenogears' storyline, so you'll find people less then eager at answering your questions.

text-wise, not much. But most/all titles are in english and japanese. I don't know, I'm so used to the kanas that I just read them without thinking twice about language.
The art though is really fabulous, and on high-quality paper. The book is about 200+ pages, and definitely a good collector's item.

Damn... so basically all you need is the translations if you're in it for the info, but for people who don't know japanese it's mostly an artbook.
