SquareEnix PS1 Titles Heading to PSN

According to this post on NeoGAF, SquareEnix is releasing some of it's PS1 games on the PlayStation Network on the PS3.  Notably: Xenogears!

Hopefully this will hold true for English releases as well.  Also, we need some Vagrant Story love.  I managed to move my old PS1 files over to the PS3, and yes, Vagrant Story is still awesome.

Man, I've gotta say, I'm glad you got a PS3.  Tongue  I caved in and bought one for MGS4 because I'm a consumer whore, and I was afraid of admitting it on these forums, rofl.

Speaking of which, MGS4 is really good so far.  I think I will start a thread when I beat it.

Also, yes, anything to get Vagrant Story more exposure would be fantastic.  It really is still a great, unique game, and I think a re-release like that could really get it some new fans, which would be awesome.  Xenogears too, for that matter.

Yes, I too just bought a PS3 for Metal Gear Solid 4... and it has been worth it. I'm only on act 2, but damn it's fun.

Hmm..I've got a PS3 way back in Mar 07...and is still in Act 1....too busy with work and my new baby...

Just a couple hours in MGS4...and a few hours in MGO..

I gotta say that it's soooo good...

Oh and since you guys just got a PS3...what other games are you guys interested in or bought with the PS3?

Any love for Uncharted? it's one of my fav game for the PS3...
